Construction :

Inner tube : Black colour, synthetic rubber resistant to oil and water

Reinforcement : Plies of synthetic cords with steel helix

Cover : Red colour synthetic rubber with fire resistant layer, abrasion, oil, weather, heat & ozone

Application : Fire Shield hose is used as flame preventer in the Hydraulic Control System with Operating Pressure 305 PSI. It meets fire test as per API 16D spec for 5 minutes at 700°C (tested for more than 10 minutes at 800° C), operated under emergencies
