Key Performance Area:

  • Conduct feasibility study within stipulated timelines upon receipt of RFQ in coordination with CFT team
  • Review and validate all customer requirements during RFQ phase with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to quotation guidelines; prepare and align quotes with reporting manager prior to submission
  • Follow PHIP/QSP/11 procedure for all new enquiries and order processing
  • Prepare project plan and deliverables aligned with customer and internal milestones; obtain approval from reporting manager
  • Organize and lead project kick-off meetings for all new projects
  • Ensure timely kick-off of prototype and production suppliers in line with project schedule
