Key Performance Area:
- Handle end-to-end order management, including order entry, tracking, and execution
- Prepare and manage RFQs (Request for Quotations) and follow up with customers for timely closure
- Coordinate with the finance team for payment tracking, invoicing, and reconciliation
- Maintain accurate records and transactions within SAP/ERP systems
- Ensure effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Support export documentation and coordination, where applicable
- Assist in resolving order-related issues and addressing customer queries promptly
- Maintain proper documentation and generate reports related to orders and payments
- Collaborate closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order dispatch
