- Strategic sourcing and category management for all fitting types across NPD programs
- Supplier identification, qualification, and capability assessment
- Technical and commercial evaluation of RFQs and sourcing proposals
- Cost optimization through effective negotiation (pricing, tooling, MOQ, lead time, payment terms)
- Supplier quality assurance and compliance with industry standards (ISO / IATF)
- Development of dual/alternate sourcing to mitigate supply risk
- Cross-functional coordination with design, quality, and production teams
- Timely sourcing execution aligned with NPD project milestones
- Vendor performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives
- Localization and cost reduction through value engineering and supplier development
