Technician / Jr. Technician – Production

Key Performance Area:

• Operate and monitor braiding machines during production.
• Load bobbins, wires, or yarns as per production requirements.
• Ensure correct braid patterns and product specifications are maintained.
• Perform routine quality inspections during production.
• Attend to minor machine stoppages and carry out necessary adjustments.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and ensure proper lubrication.
• Record production output and rejection details accurately.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to address machine breakdowns.
• Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.
