Key Performance Area:
- Execute comprehensive final inspection protocols aligned with defined quality standards and specifications
- Perform testing & verification to validate product performance, dimensional accuracy, and compliance
- Ensure welding awareness, including visual inspection and identification of defects as per applicable norms
- Handle and calibrate measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Pressure Gauges, etc.) with precision
- Maintain accurate documentation & reporting for inspection records, NCRs, and traceability
- Demonstrate effective manpower handling to optimize team productivity and accountability
- Drive seamless cross-functional coordination with production, QA, and dispatch teams
- Manage shift operations ensuring continuity, efficiency, and adherence to timelines
- Enforce strict compliance & safety practices in line with organizational and regulatory requirements
