Assistant Manager – Logistics

Key Performance Area:

• Oversee daily Finished Goods (FG) warehouse operations and dispatch activities.
• Ensure timely dispatch of materials as per customer schedules and delivery plans.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and maintain proper stock control.
• Coordinate with production, planning, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Ensure implementation of FIFO/FEFO and proper storage practices.
• Monitor loading, unloading, packing, and transportation activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and 5S standards in the FG area.
• Prepare and review dispatch documents, inventory reports, and MIS reports.
• Handle customer dispatch priorities and resolve dispatch-related issues.
• Monitor manpower allocation and warehouse productivity.
