Data Entry – SAP

Job ID: PHIR/2026-27/06

Key Performance Area:

• Enter daily production data in SAP, including production orders, confirmations, output, and rejections
• Update material consumption and issue entries in the system
• Maintain accurate records of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
• Generate production reports (daily, shift-wise, and monthly MIS)
• Coordinate with Production, QA, and Stores teams for data validation
• Track and update scrap, rework, and rejection details
• Ensure timely closure of production orders in SAP
• Support inventory reconciliation and stock verification activities
• Maintain proper documentation and alignment between manual logs and system data
