Key Performance Area:

  • Manage end-to-end order lifecycle, including order entry, tracking, and execution
  • Prepare, issue, and follow up on RFQs with customers to ensure timely closure
  • Coordinate with finance for payment tracking, invoicing, and reconciliation activities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in SAP/ERP systems
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Support export documentation and coordination, ensuring compliance where applicable
  • Resolve order-related issues and customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of orders, payments, and transactions
  • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure on-time dispatch and delivery
