Jr Technician / Technician / Sr Technician – Extrusion Operator

Key Performance Area:

• Set up and operate extrusion machines for rubber hose production
• Monitor and control process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and line speed
• Ensure proper raw material feeding and compound utilization as per specifications
• Conduct in-process quality checks including diameter, wall thickness, and surface finish
• Adjust machine settings to maintain consistent product quality
• Identify and troubleshoot minor machine and process issues
• Maintain accurate production records and daily reports
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure proper use of PPE
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations
• Maintain 5S standards and workplace discipline in the production area
