- Manage import and export logistics operations end-to-end
- Coordinate with freight forwarders for shipment planning and execution
- Liaise with CHA (Custom House Agents) to ensure smooth customs clearance
- Ensure timely clearance of shipments to avoid delays and demurrage
- Negotiate freight rates with transporters and forwarders
- Optimize logistics costs and ensure cost-effective transportation
- Plan and execute dispatch of finished goods as per delivery schedules
- Coordinate transportation for both inbound and outbound shipments
