Key Performance Area:

• Document preparation and maintenance as per ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 requirements.
• Preparing MIS and presenting to management on a monthly basis.
• Monitoring and maintaining the quality of in-house products and supplier products to meet compliance targets.
• Identifying root causes through 5 Why and cause-and-effect diagram analysis, and reducing internal rejection PPM.
• Identifying and implementing Poka-Yoke at the process and assembly stages to prevent potential customer complaints.
• Attending to customer complaints, analyzing them, implementing action plans, and monitoring to prevent recurrence.
• Planning and executing QMS/EMS system audits, including process, product, dock, and layout audits.
• Conducting supplier system and process audits to reduce incoming rejection PPM levels.
• Preparing APQP and PPAP documents in line with project and standard requirements.
• Ensuring and monitoring the quality system across the plant to achieve targets.
• Conducting Quality Improvement Meetings (QIT) for in-house and supplier-related issues.
• Preparing Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) with respect to project specifications and customer requirements.
