Senior Technician / Junior Engineer – Production

Key Performance Area:

• Set, monitor, and control machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, and cycle time.
• Ensure production is carried out as per the daily production plan and assigned targets.
• Load raw materials and components correctly and monitor the process during operation.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and identify defects, abnormalities, or process deviations.
• Maintain product quality while minimizing rejection, rework, and material wastage.
• Perform basic machine checks, cleaning, and routine housekeeping activities.
• Support machine changeover, setting, tooling, and adjustment activities.
• Report machine breakdowns, process deviations, and quality issues to the Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of production, rejection, downtime, and process parameters.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, 5S practices, and housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate with the Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve process- and machine-related issues.
• Participate in Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure proper handling and utilization of raw materials, tools, and equipment.
• Support actions to improve productivity, quality, safety, and machine efficiency.
