Key Performance Area:

  • Handle end-to-end order management, including order entry, tracking, and execution
  • Prepare and manage RFQs (Request for Quotations) and follow up with customers for timely closure
  • Coordinate with the finance team for payment tracking, invoicing, and reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate records and transactions within SAP/ERP systems
  • Ensure effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Support export documentation and coordination, where applicable
  • Assist in resolving order-related issues and addressing customer queries promptly
  • Maintain proper documentation and generate reports related to orders and payments
  • Collaborate closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order dispatch
