Senior Engineer – Production (LZPH005)

Key Performance Area:

• Ensure ISO 13485 documentation is maintained in all production activities
• Monitor daily production to meet volume, quality, and delivery targets
• Ensure optimal utilization of raw materials, machines, and manpower
• Execute proper shift handovers and daily startup/shutdown procedures
• Track key process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and timing
• Identify and correct process deviations to prevent quality or safety issues
• Support control plans and perform in-process quality checks
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and all production quality standards
• Conduct visual inspections and first-piece approvals
• Coordinate with QA/QC to analyze defects and implement corrective actions
• Perform routine equipment checks to prevent unplanned breakdowns
• Work with Maintenance for repairs and preventive maintenance
• Plan manpower deployment based on production requirements
• Maintain accurate records of production, downtime, and quality issues
• Assist in root cause analysis and prepare action/closure reports
• Ensure documentation compliance for audits and internal standards
• Enforce safety rules and ensure proper PPE usage
• Report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions promptly
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace and promote strong 5S practices
