Key Performance Area:
- Assist in managing large OEM accounts in the construction equipment segment.
- Prepare and validate BOMs, cost estimates, and customer quotations.
- Coordinate with design, production, and supply chain teams for technical and commercial submissions.
- Support customer interactions regarding technical clarifications and documentation.
- Maintain records of quotations, orders, and product configurations.
- Follow up on regular schedules and track supplies from respective plants.
- Handle day-to-day activities with customers, prioritizing tasks based on changes in their plans.
- Monitor overdue outstanding payments to ensure receivables are controlled and managed efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints effectively and coordinate with the plant until the issue is resolved.
