Sales & Marketing – Domestic (North & South Regions)

Key Performance Area:

• Generate leads and identify potential customers within assigned regions.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and assist in closing orders.
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers regarding order updates and service support.
• Handle basic customer queries and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure timely delivery and billing.
• Gather and report market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Participate in local trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain customer databases, inquiry trackers, and sales records.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit updates to the reporting manager.
