Sales & Marketing – Domestic (East & West Regions)

Key Performance Area:

• Identify and develop new domestic customers and markets for stainless steel hose products.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.
• Prepare and submit quotations, follow up on orders, and ensure successful deal closures.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Recommend new strategies or product enhancements based on market feedback.
• Assist in organizing exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.
• Support the development of marketing materials and product presentations.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
