Quality Manager – Assistant Manager

Key Performance Area:

• Documents preparation & maintaining as per ISO9001 / IATF16949 / ISO14001 requirements.
• Preparing MIS and Presenting to Management monthly basis.
• In house product and Supplier product quality monitoring and maintaining & compliance the target.
• Identifying root cause through 5Why and Cause and effect diagram analysis & reducing internal rejection ppm.
• Identifying & implementing Poke Yoke at process and assembly stage to prevent potential customer complaint.
• Attending the customer complaints and analyze, implement, and monitor the action plans to prevent the recurrence.
• Planning and Execution of QMS /EMS System audit- Process, Product, Dock, and Layout audit.
• Conduct supplier system and Process Audit to reduce Incoming rejection ppm level.
• APQP and PPAP Documents preparation in line with Projects and Standard requirements.
• Ensuring / Monitoring Quality system across the plant to achieve the target.
• Conducting Quality Improvement Meeting [QIT] for in-house and suppliers.
• Quality assurance Plan (QAP) preparation with respect to project specification and customer requirements.
• Preparing monthly PPM report & sending performance card to Suppliers.
• Product testing as per DVP, Standards and customer requirements.
• Exploiting ideas to minimize process rejection cost and training the process team to convert those ideas to reality.
• Motivate subordinates to effectively participate in activities such as KAIZEN & POKE YOKE, Lean Six Sigma.
