As a Quality Head of the company, under general direction of the plant head, you are responsible to lead the Quality team and achieve the Zero customer complaint. Quality Head guide the quality team with responsibilities in Inward/Supplier quality, In-house quality, and system implementation to achieve Quality in entire company. The organization is looking for the ambitious growth target and would require your committed efforts to improve the system for implementing quality.
Please Note : The responsibilities are not ranked in their order of importance. The following responsibilities of a Quality Head include but are not limited to the following.
To organize and conduct Monthly review meeting.
Plating process knowledge is must.
To Complete the System and customer Audits successfully.
To implement and audit the system implementation in the company.
To Guide the subordinates for improving the quality systems.
Responsible for supplier development.
To Improve supplier and In-house quality.
To support for maintaining 5S for the organization.
To handle customer complaints and implement system to avoid in future.
To reduce COPQ.
To give wise decision in-case of any abnormalities received/produced.
Responsible for Rejections accountability and scrap.
