Quality Incoming Inspector (LZPH008)

Key Performance Area:

• Coordinate with incoming and in-process inspection activities
• Conduct external agency testing for raw materials as per the plan
• Verify hose and fitting inspection reports, test certificates, and MTCs daily
• Update SAP inspections and perform stock postings
• Verify lab testing records on a daily basis
• Conduct process and product audits as per schedule
• Prepare monthly supplier PPM reports and follow up on supplier rejection NCR/CAPA
• Create nonconformance reports for raw materials, fittings, and hoses that do not meet specifications or drawings
• Maintain records in compliance with ISO 13485 requirements
• Verify incoming inspection and testing records daily
• Prepare Level 3 and Level 4 documents in line with ISO 13485 standards
• Compile performance reports and statistical data to ensure adherence to specified processes
