Production Line Engineer

Key Performance Area:

• Monitor and manage production targets, timelines, and output quality.
• Coordinate with the planning, maintenance, and quality departments to minimize downtime.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure PPE compliance on the shop floor.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot production defects.
• Manage, guide, and motivate a team of operators and technicians.
• Assign duties, provide on-the-job training, and resolve shop floor issues.
• Monitor the attendance, discipline, and performance of production staff.
• Maintain production records, shift reports, downtime analyses, and rejection logs.
• Communicate production status and issues to senior management.
