Junior Engineer – Production (LZPH006)

Key Performance Area:

• Ensure ISO 13485 documentation is maintained in all production activities
• Monitor daily production to achieve volume, quality, and delivery targets
• Ensure efficient utilization of raw materials, machines, and manpower
• Execute proper shift handovers and daily startup/shutdown procedures
• Track key process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and timing
• Identify and correct process deviations immediately
• Support control plans and perform in-process quality checks
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and established quality standards
• Perform visual inspections and first-piece approvals
• Coordinate with QA/QC to analyze defects and implement corrective actions
• Conduct routine equipment checks to prevent unexpected breakdowns
• Maintain accurate records of production, downtime, and quality issues
• Ensure documentation meets audit and compliance standards
• Enforce safety rules and ensure proper use of PPE
• Report and act on incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and promote strong 5S practices
