Executive / Senior Executive – Centralized Purchase Order (PO) Management

Key Performance Area:

• Maintain the ROL (Re-order Level) master file for all plants and update it monthly based on the rolling forecast.
• Run MRP for each plant on a daily basis and review the Purchase Requests (PRs).
• Convert fast-moving PRs directly into Purchase Orders (POs) or scheduling lines.
• Obtain PO approvals and share them with suppliers via email or the supplier portal.
• Coordinate closely with the plant purchase team to review the requirements for slow-moving and rarely used PRs.
• Convert slow-moving or rare PRs into POs based on plant confirmation, obtain necessary approvals, and communicate with respective suppliers.
• Coordinate with the plant for timely processing of rush orders, order cancellations, engineering changes, and NPD orders, ensuring prompt PO issuance and necessary actions.
• Maintain MRP parameters and documentation, including change history.
• Roll out monthly forecasts to all suppliers based on the past six months of rolling consumption.
