Key Performance Area:

  • Conduct feasibility studies within the stipulated time upon receipt of the RFQ with the CFT team.
  • During the RFQ phase, review all customer requirements with the CFT team.
  • Ensure quote guidelines are followed while preparing quotations and review them with the manager before submission.
  • Follow PHIP / QSP / 11 procedure for all new enquiries and orders.
  • For new projects, prepare all project deliverables considering customer milestones and internal milestones, and obtain approval from the reporting manager.
  • Organise and conduct kick-off meetings for all new projects.
  • Ensure all prototype and production suppliers are kicked off on time for the project.
  • Review supplier development status periodically for new products.
  • Ensure timely project initiation, and monitor and control the project.
  • Conduct project review meetings with the CFT team every week.
  • Work with the core team to develop a readiness plan.
  • Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Create action plans for delayed deliverables and ensure they are implemented on time.
  • Communicate project updates to customers and the core team.
  • Escalate issues to the manager and customer when required.
  • Report project status to the reporting manager and customer.
  • Maintain core team engagement and involvement throughout the project.
  • Measure project performance against milestones, timelines, deliverables, budget, and resources.
  • Ensure the project management procedure PH / PT / NPD / 01 is followed throughout the project.
  • Ensure PHIP / QSP / 14 is followed for all new product development activities.
  • Ensure first-time-right delivery of products or parts, eliminating rework to improve quality standards and reduce costs.
  • Ensure change management is followed and controlled as per procedure; assess impact, obtain approval, and communicate changes to the customer.
  • Ensure proper handover of new projects to Customer Support, PPC, and Production as per QMS procedures.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with all clients to achieve business objectives.
  • Respond to customer email communications within the stipulated timeline.
