Key Performance Area:

  • Timely and accurate processing of customer orders in the ERP system.
  • Preparation and release of correct order acknowledgements to customers.
  • Maintaining updated customer records, contracts, and communication history.
  • Acting as a single point of contact for customers for order and delivery-related communication.
  • Prompt handling of customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
  • Effective coordination with planning, production, QA, and warehouse teams to meet delivery commitments.
  • Proactive identification and escalation of risks affecting order fulfillment or delivery timelines.
  • Planning and execution of domestic and export shipments as per customer requirements.
  • Preparation, verification, and control of all dispatch and shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, delivery challans, and export documents.
  • Coordination with transporters, freight forwarders, and courier partners for timely dispatch.
  • Tracking shipments and providing regular delivery status updates to customers.
  • Ensuring compliance with medical industry standards, traceability, and documentation requirements.
  • Maintaining adherence to ISO 13485 and internal quality system procedures for order handling and logistics.
  • Monitoring on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery performance and reducing logistics delays.
  • Preparing MIS reports on orders, dispatches, customer service metrics, and logistics performance.
  • Supporting internal, customer, and external audits related to order processing and logistics activities.
