Role: To manage a team of representatives, excellent customer service and after-sales support. Create policies and procedures and oversee the customer service provided by the team.

Key Performance Area:

  • Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
  • Should have Experience in Export sales.
  • Overseeing the customer service process.
  • Knowledge in Quotation and Order management
  • Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
  • RQF handling & order proposal Invoicing.
  • Creating policies and procedures.
  • Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
  • Selecting and hiring new staff.
  • Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.
  • Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
  • Experience in SAP and MS Office.
  • Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
  • Rubber Products Knowledge as an added advantage.
