Key Performance Area:
- Lead new product development projects from concept initiation to market release, overseeing milestones and overall project performance
- Conduct feasibility studies, perform risk assessments, and manage project budgets
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing, quality assurance, marketing, and other engineering teams
- Work with R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and sales teams to align product requirements and objectives
- Oversee prototype development, testing, and validation to ensure product viability
- Support manufacturing teams during the product development phase and resolve any engineering issues that arise
- Strong understanding of aerospace component design, manufacturing processes, and material science
- Demonstrate innovative thinking and strong problem-solving abilities
