AS – Incoming Inspector

Key Performance Area:

• Coordinating with incoming and in-process inspection
• Carrying out external agency testing as per the plan for RM
• Verifying hose and fitting inspection reports / test certificates / MTCs on a daily basis
• SAP – inspection updating / stock posting
• Verifying lab testing records on a daily basis
• Conducting process / product audits as per schedule
• Preparing monthly supplier PPM reports; following up on supplier rejection NCRs / CAPAs
• Creating nonconformance reports for RM, fittings, and hoses if not meeting the specifications / drawings requirements
• Maintaining records as per AS requirements
• Verifying incoming inspection records / testing records on a daily basis
• Preparing Level 3 and Level 4 documents in line with AS requirements
• Compiling performance reports and other statistical data to ensure compliance with specified processes
