NAPS Trainee – Graphic Design

Key Performance Area:

• Assist in creating basic graphic designs for company requirements.
• Support in designing brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and marketing materials.
• Work with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator under supervision.
• Support in preparing print-ready files and design documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for design requirements and corrections.
• Maintain proper file organization and design backups.
• Follow brand guidelines, company policies, and supervisor instructions.
• Ensure accuracy in spelling, alignment, colors, and formatting of designs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and team activities.
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and work schedules.
