Key Performance Area:
- Manage end-to-end order lifecycle, including order entry, tracking, and execution
- Prepare, issue, and follow up on RFQs with customers to ensure timely closure
- Coordinate with finance for payment tracking, invoicing, and reconciliation activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in SAP/ERP systems
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Support export documentation and coordination, ensuring compliance where applicable
- Resolve order-related issues and customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of orders, payments, and transactions
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure on-time dispatch and delivery
