Key Performance Area:
- Timely and accurate processing of customer orders in the ERP system.
- Preparation and release of correct order acknowledgements to customers.
- Maintaining updated customer records, contracts, and communication history.
- Acting as a single point of contact for customers for order and delivery-related communication.
- Prompt handling of customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
- Effective coordination with planning, production, QA, and warehouse teams to meet delivery commitments.
- Proactive identification and escalation of risks affecting order fulfillment or delivery timelines.
- Planning and execution of domestic and export shipments as per customer requirements.
- Preparation, verification, and control of all dispatch and shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, delivery challans, and export documents.
- Coordination with transporters, freight forwarders, and courier partners for timely dispatch.
- Tracking shipments and providing regular delivery status updates to customers.
- Ensuring compliance with medical industry standards, traceability, and documentation requirements.
- Maintaining adherence to ISO 13485 and internal quality system procedures for order handling and logistics.
- Monitoring on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery performance and reducing logistics delays.
- Preparing MIS reports on orders, dispatches, customer service metrics, and logistics performance.
- Supporting internal, customer, and external audits related to order processing and logistics activities.
