Junior Engineer – Maintenance (LZPH001)

Key Performance Area:

• Responsible for the upkeep, troubleshooting, and reliability of plant electrical systems, including machinery, utility equipment, control panels, and distribution systems
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime through systematic preventive maintenance and timely breakdown support
• Adhere to electrical safety standards and ensure compliance across the plant
• Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities with the maintenance team
• Drive improvement initiatives for power quality, energy efficiency, and compliance
• Ensure uptime, efficiency, and reliability of all plant mechanical equipment and utilities
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on machines such as extruders, braiders, compressors, chillers, and material handling systems
• Conduct hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis for mechanical and electrical issues
• Implement engineering solutions to enhance machine performance and reduce downtime
• Support production targets by maintaining optimal equipment performance
