Assistant Manager – Quality (LZPH007)

Key Performance Area:

• Prepare and maintain documents as per ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001 requirements
• Prepare MIS reports and present to management on a monthly basis
• Monitor in-house and supplier product quality to ensure compliance with targets
• Identify root causes using 5Why and cause-and-effect analysis to reduce internal rejection PPM
• Implement Poka-Yoke at process and assembly stages to prevent potential customer complaints
• Attend to customer complaints, analyze issues, implement, and monitor corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Plan and execute QMS/EMS system audits including process, product, dock, and layout audits
• Conduct supplier system and process audits to reduce incoming rejection PPM levels
• Prepare APQP and PPAP documents in line with project and standard requirements
• Monitor quality systems across the plant to achieve targets
• Conduct Quality Improvement Meetings (QIT) for in-house and supplier processes
• Prepare Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) aligned with project specifications and customer requirements
• Prepare monthly PPM reports and send performance cards to suppliers
• Conduct product testing as per DVP, standards, and customer requirements
• Develop and implement ideas to minimize process rejection costs and train the process team to execute them
• Motivate subordinates to actively participate in Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, and Lean Six Sigma initiatives
• Coordinate with the NPD team and support development activities
