Key Performance Area:
- Lead and manage the Manufacturing Division, aligning with company objectives and customer requirements
- Develop long-term manufacturing strategies to support customers
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency
- Build and mentor a strong technical and operational team
- Oversee end-to-end manufacturing processes – from raw material preparation, cutting, crimping, and assembly to testing and certification
- Ensure production targets are met while adhering to ISO 13485, CE, FDA, GMP, and other applicable standards
- Monitor capacity utilization, resource planning, and on-time delivery performance
- Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, and best practices to minimize waste and optimize workflow
- Ensure compliance with medical industry certifications and regulatory requirements
- Drive robust quality systems and maintain traceability documentation
- Collaborate with QA and design teams to resolve non-conformities and implement corrective actions
- Maintain EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards across the division
- Interface with customers for technical reviews, audits, and program support
- Support business development by providing manufacturing inputs for RFQs and proposals
- Represent the division during customer audits, technical meetings, and certification processes
- Manage divisional budgets, cost control, and resource allocation
- Support new product introduction (NPI)
- Identify capital investment needs (equipment, tools, testing rigs) to enhance capabilities
