Key Performance Area:

  • Lead new product development projects from concept initiation to market release, overseeing milestones and overall project performance
  • Conduct feasibility studies, perform risk assessments, and manage project budgets
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing, quality assurance, marketing, and other engineering teams
  • Work with R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and sales teams to align product requirements and objectives
  • Oversee prototype development, testing, and validation to ensure product viability
  • Support manufacturing teams during the product development phase and resolve any engineering issues that arise
  • Strong understanding of aerospace component design, manufacturing processes, and material science
  • Demonstrate innovative thinking and strong problem-solving abilities
