Aerospace Manufacturing Operations Head

Key Performance Area:

• Lead and manage the Aerospace Hose Assembly Manufacturing Division, aligning with company objectives and customer requirements.
• Develop long-term manufacturing strategies to support aerospace OEM and Tier-1 customers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
• Build and mentor a strong technical and operational team.
• Oversee end-to-end hose assembly manufacturing processes — from raw material preparation, cutting, crimping, and assembly to testing and certification.
• Ensure production targets are met while adhering to aerospace standards (AS9100, NADCAP, OEM approvals).
• Monitor capacity utilization, resource planning, and on-time delivery performance.
• Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, and best practices to minimize waste and optimize workflow.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace industry certifications and regulatory requirements.
• Drive robust quality systems, including FAI, PPAP, SPC, and traceability documentation.
• Collaborate with QA and design teams to resolve non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
