Key Performance Area:

  • Assist in managing large OEM accounts in the construction equipment segment.
  • Prepare and validate BOMs, cost estimates, and customer quotations.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and supply chain teams for technical and commercial submissions.
  • Support customer interactions regarding technical clarifications and documentation.
  • Maintain records of quotations, orders, and product configurations.
  • Follow up on regular schedules and track supplies from respective plants.
  • Handle day-to-day activities with customers, prioritizing tasks based on changes in their plans.
  • Monitor overdue outstanding payments to ensure receivables are controlled and managed efficiently.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively and coordinate with the plant until the issue is resolved.
