Role: Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process. Find and attract qualified applicants for open positions.

Requirements

• Recruitment and Onboarding of new positions/replacements.
• Knowledge of job search websites for potential recruits and assist with the recruitment and interview processes.
• Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Coordinate with the contractors to hire skilled and unskilled workforce.
• To achieve 100% adherence to approved workforce requirements.
• Engage the recruitment pipeline to address the organization’s needs.
