Key Performance Area:

  • Managing the recruitment and selection process.
  • Assisting with payroll administration. Maintaining and updating employee records (in HRMS) Assisting with (and executing) the termination process.
  • Coordinating with employees on Various HR Activities in the Organisation.
  • Managing Employee relationship by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Key Performance Area:

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in human resources or related (essential).
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Strong Knowledge of HR software & systems, process, and databases.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
