Role: To convert customer schedule into weekly schedule, schedule adherence, reports to customer, Material follow up for dispatches. This position is required to avoid customer crisis issues and to be more effective on sales planning.


  • Getting schedule from Customers.
  • Converting monthly schedule into weekly plan, as per customer production.
  • To circulate the weekly/monthly schedule to plant and to have a close follow up with plant for schedule adherence.
  • Communication to customer and to internal team about regular & urgent material requirements.
  • Delivery on time.
  • Payment collection from customer by monitoring the invoices.
  • To close out credit/debit note issues.

Skills Required: Communication, MS Office Knowledge, Effective Thinker.
