Role: As a Sales & Customer support team member of Unit IV, achieve the planned delivery targets, quality, and cost daily, weekly, monthly, and annual through effective utilization of company resources. The company is looking at ambitious growth targets and counting on you to deliver the daily results and, simultaneously, build the teams, processes, capabilities, skills, and capacities to increase the business results.


  • Create, review, and provide customer sales order confirmations as required.   
  • Serve as the key account contact for the customers via email or phone.
  • Input customers’ orders into SAP for all accounts under assigned customers.
  • Maintain and update the SAP to ensure data accuracy.
  • Plan, organize, control, manage and evaluate the sales plans of the customer and meet department goals and objectives to achieve optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Process customer complaints through the system and follow-up to promptly communicate a satisfactory corrective action to the customer.
  • Review daily for the production plan and ensure delivery as planned.
  • Work with the PPC and production teams to get the ETD.
  • Coordinate with the customer for the monthly and the weekly plan.
  • Ensure to prevent customer delivery delays by constantly reviewing the Plan Vs. Actuals.
  • Aim and achieve the 100% customer delivery rating.
  • Ensure the customer order gets acknowledged in the specified timeline.
  • Better communication skills.
