Job Description:
- Making GRN of incoming material and authenticate of user department and get a sign from them, same return to accounts department for the payment
- Issue material to user department through in SAP system.
- Arrange incoming material as per location define.
- Unloading materials as per specific place given.
- Weight and verify the material as per invoice.
- Taking stock of RM and PM and place the indent to keep minimum stock
- Making indent of received material requisition from user department.
- Verify physical stock in regular interval
- Follow up for pending indent keep informing to the Purchase department
- Maintain daily stock sheet of RM & PM and forward to user department.
- Communication with user department regarding received material and pending material.
- Making RETURANABLE/NON RETURANABLE gate pass for material going outside for repairing or other purpose.
- Arrange hazardous material as per define location with safety
- Monitoring daily cleaning of floor and workstation in store.
- Give training to helpers regarding how to arrange incoming material and located it to specified location.
- Controlling consumable items and issue stage for identification.
- Implement FIFO system.
- Maintain stock in the SAP -HANA
- Material Management at Finished Goods Area
- Material management at Raw material Stage
- Managing BIN Concept in SAP HANA
