Documents preparation & maintaining as per QMS and EMS requirements

Planning and Execution of  QMS and EMS System audit

Planning and Execution of Process Audit, Product Audit, Layout and Dock audit and Supplier Audit.

Attending the customer complaints and to evolve, implement and monitor the action plans to prevent the recurrence

APQP and PPAP Documents preparation in line with Projects and Standard requirements

Ensuring / Monitoring Quality system across the plant to achieve the target.

Conducting Periodical training to enhance team members skill Matrix

Implementing process and product audit at the supplier end to ensure Quality of product

Coordinating with Third party audit agency and Customer for product inspection

Quality assurance Plan preparation with respect to project specification and customer requirements

To ensure promotion of awareness of customer requirements thought the organization

Preparing MIS / MRM presentation

SOP/WI preparation
