Managing complete recruitment cycle
Recruitment of all levels (Lower, middle & top management positions).
Analyzing job requirements from various department and sourcing candidates, Initial screening of candidates
Short listing and scheduling interviews for candidates through HR Executives.
Negotiating salary with short listed candidates.
Arranging medical checkup and background verification for short-listed candidates before their joining, if, necessary arises.
Doing joining formalities for new joiners and hand over them to training department for induction and other related training’s, be prepared joining kit before candidate joining
Supervise the operator’s recruitment and handover the operators to production within the target time itself.
Co-ordinating with Technician recruitment & induction for Manufacturing function with concerned HOD
Payroll Management and Time Office:
Supervise the Payroll supporting works, leave and ex-employee details maintain and Resignation procedure follow up, Cross checking and processing of Full & final settlements, exit interviews forms
Taking care of generating the pay structure for the new joiners.
Updating employee information in our software like personal information, current job details, family details, educational details, previous company details, registration information & health information.
Maintaining Daily Manpower and Absenteeism and calculate the absenteeism rate.
Deducting LWF and professional Tax (Based on Slab) form Employees Salary time to time
Adhering to various PF, ESI and Factory Act requirements.
Supervise the PF and ESI online activity.
Ensuring the completion of all formalities of Factory license, safety license, contract labor registration, Fire license and workmen andLabor law amendments etc.
Monitor the submission of IF half yearly and annual returns.
Monitoring of all factory act registers.
Contract labor Management
Conducting Monthly Audit and ensuring compliance for all contractors.
Coordinate with our team for all compliance related issues.
Compensation and Benefits:
Designing and implementing remuneration and other reward systems through unilateral and bilateral processes to maximize performance.
Processing claims for as well as full & final settlements and gratuity of employees on their resignation from service including death cases.
Conducting Budget & Cost Analysis.
Employee Relations and disciplinary actions
Handling Employee Grievances
Responsible probation/confirmation Appraisal of Management Staff
Coordinating for staff/Technician Employee committees
Issuing memo and show cause notice, if necessary
Taking employees disciplinary actions
Maintaining and Controlling Housekeeping Activities
